I trusted this real estate agent and listed my house with him. I originally requested a 2-month contract, but he wrote it as 4 months and said I could cancel anytime.After more than 2 months, I’m not satisfied with his service and asked to cancel the agreement, but he refused.Without my permission, he:- contacted the staging company I paid for and arranged early furniture removal (even though the staging contract is still active),- removed my listing from all major websites,- changed the status to “hold,”but still refuses to formally cancel the listing agreement. He also said that if he can’t sell the property, no one else can either.
